Session: Unleashing the Power of LLMs: Revolutionizing Drug Safety and Business Automation with Multi-Agent AI
In this presentation, we explore how Large Language Models (LLMs) are transforming drug safety and business automation. We’ll showcase case studies where AI and LLMs have advanced drug safety science, including enhanced user interactions through chatbots and converting natural language queries into database searches. Operating within a regulated environment, we’ve developed guidelines to prevent hallucinations in translation tasks, ensuring trustworthy AI implementation.
We also explore the potential of LLM-based multi-agent systems in automating and optimizing business processes. By examining core LLM capabilities – such as natural language understanding and data extraction – we discuss how agents equipped with planning, memory, and tool modules can autonomously perform complex tasks. Challenges in multi-agent communication, coordination, and integration with external systems will be addressed.
Attendees will gain insights into practical LLM applications, understand regulatory considerations for trustworthy AI, and learn how LLM-based multi-agent systems enhance efficiency and scalability across various applications.
